She was predeceased by: her grandmother Gertrude Blasyak; her mother Florence Ambrose; her aunts, Clara Cockshott and Leona Dimas; and her son-in-law Edward Raymond.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Buttafaro; her daughter Lisa Walter (Todd) of Erie; her granddaughters, Erika Gregory (Quinton) of Buffalo, Ashley Rapasadi (Salvatore) of Westfield and Jessica DeJac (Derek) of Buffalo; her great grandchildren, Isla, Qai Gregory, Dmitri and Dominic DeJac; her sister Rose Marie Kalin of Portland, OR; and her cousin Sandra Jones of Palmdale, CA.
