He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Loyd Holt and Ella Holt. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Holt of Ashtabula, OH.; his sons, Stephen (Shandra), Thomas (Lisa) and David; his grandchildren, Michael (Jessica), Ryan, David, Leah (Wolf Shafer), Finley and Grayson; and his great grandchild Brooks.
