He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Buzard Higbee. He is survived by: his children, Bridgette Winters (David) of Jamestown, Michael Higbee (Kara) of Busti and Shawn Higbee (Marianne) of California; his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan Higbee, Taylor, Lucas Higbee, June and Huxley Winters; and his brothers, Charles and Donald Higbee.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home, Inc. (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701).
