She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Love and Esther Plato Love; her husband Ferdinand "Sonny" Knappke; her sister Judy Lyons; her siblings-in-law, Richard Cornock and Lydia Love; her niece Wendy Vincent; and her grandson-in-law Colin Zuck.

She is survived by: her son Karl Knappke (Renya) of Dunkirk; her grandchildren, Kathryn Zuck and Garrett Knappke; her stepgrandson Kyle Matteson (Claire); her great grandchildren, Keith and Elijah Zuck; her siblings, Rodney Love of Fayetteville, GA and Zorena Vincent (David) of Sharpsburg, GA; her siblings-in-law, Iris Cornock of High Ridge, MO and David Lyons of Sharpsburg, GA; and her nieces and nephews, Julie Bluehs, Jeff Lyons, Laurie Adams, Melissa Michelle, Shelly Johnson, Dan Cornock, Todd Vincent, Amy Biendicho and Peter Love.
