Bandley of Jamestown, New York, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Bandley and Iona Smith Bandley; his wife Carol Miller Bandley; his children, Richard C. Bandley (Frewsburg) and Jennifer Whitehill (Thomas) of Kennedy; and his grandchildren, Sierra Whitehill of Falconer and Dylan Bandley of Jamestown.
