He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kelly and Eleonora Kelly (Schleef); his wife Bonnie L. Trusler Kelly; and his siblings, Virginia Gutekunst (Kelly) and George Kelly, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Richard Kelly, Jr. (Patty) of Warren, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Kayla Whitling and Michael Whitling; his siblings-in-law, Susan Freeberg (Robert) of Jamestown and Robert Trusler of Jamestown; and his great-niece Dana Beverly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
