He is survived by: his children, Cynthia McIntire (Michael) of The Villages, FL, Richard Nowell Jr. (Takako) of Ashville, NY, Steven Nowell (Tess) of Jamestown, NY, Susan Thomas of Jamestown, NY, Dana Nowell of Frewsburg, NY, Cory Nowell of Jamestown, NY and Melissa Nowell (Louis) of Cleveland, OH.; and his sisters, Cheryl Lawson (Robert) of Jamestown, NY. and Diane Casler (Tom) of Jamestown, NY.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
