He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howe and Ruth Carpenter Howe; and his siblings, William Howe and Betty Howe. He is survived by: his wife Janet Barnard Howe; his son Larry Howe of Cheektowaga, NY; his siblings-in-law, Myrl Johnson of Frewsburg and Linda Howe of Penn Yan, NY; and his sibling's children, Tim, Peter Howe and Karen Keays.
