He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis H. Vine and Ethel Conklin Vine; his wife Virginia Carlson Vine; his children, Todd Vine, Cheryl Vine and Tracey Vine; and his siblings, Howard, Frank, Bill Vine and Florence Crawford.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Vine (Melissa Darvoe) of Buffalo, NY and Pamela Vine (Michael Vogt) of Kenmore, NY; his daughter-in-law Maryann Vine of Sheppton, PA; his grandchildren, David Bench (Dawn) of Shenandoah Hgts, Matthew Vine (Katy) of Clearwater, FL, Justine Vine of Buffalo and Isabella Vine of Buffalo; his great grandchildren, Jude Vine, Jaycee Vine, Jacquelyn Burke and Ethan Bench; and his sister Carol Vakoutis of Clymer, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
