Holtz Jr.; her children, Matthew R. Holtz of Jamestown, Edward R. Holtz III (Kelsey) of Jamestown, Travis A. Holtz (Jessica) of Friendship, NY, Justin C. Holtz (Cristina) of Dandridge, TN, Jonathan M. Holtz (Malary) of Sinclairville, NY, Cadence N. Holtz-Bush (Matthew Bush) of Jamestown, Victoria F. Holtz of Jamestown and Kathryn A. Holtz of Jamestown; and her siblings, Paul Daniel Surrena, Edward Otis Surrena, CherylAnn Surrena and Kelly Surrena.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Falconer Funeral Home, Inc. (44 W Falconer St, Falconer, NY 14733). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
