He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Palermo Certo; and his siblings, Anthony Certo and Diane Forsberg. He is survived by: his close friend David Dawson; his children, Kristen Stoeltzing (Steven) of New Bern, NC, Gregory Certo (Linda) of Jamestown and Brian Certo (Barrie Kinney) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Daniel Stoeltzing (Aaztli), Kaylea Stoeltzing (Kyle), Claire Certo and Nicholas Certo (Mikayla).
