He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia Sampson of Jamestown and Michael Sampson (Cindy) of Jamestown; his brother Adam Sampson (Courtney) of Bemus Point; his grandparents, James and Christine Emborsky of Lakewood; and his nieces and nephews, Robert and Ellarie.
