Stephanie Rowe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephanie Rowe of Jamestown, New York, who passed away on November 3, 2025 at the age of 52. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephanie Rowe to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gordon and Edith Wheeler; her uncles, Dale Wheeler and Earl Matteson; and her parents, Dorothy Cochrane (Robert) and Thomas Bemis.
She is survived by: her husband David Rowe; her children, Annessa Winston (Llamarr) of Cheektowaga, N. Y., Tyler Bemis of Jamestown, N. Y. and Eric Pettabon of Jamestown, N. Y.; her sisters, Charity Nuse (Rory Luvison) of Sugar Grove, P. A. and Roseanne Nelson (Zack Rosenoweggleston) of Jamestown, N. Y.; her grandchildren, Avery Winston, Leon Winston, Raven Bemis and Brayden Bemis; and her siblings' children, Jerecho Johnson, Phoenix Luvison, Sophie Nelson and Miley Nelson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Creation Assembly of God Church (116 S Main St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Chautauqua County Humane Society, 2085 Strunk Rd., Jamestown, NY 14701.
