She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gordon and Edith Wheeler; her uncles, Dale Wheeler and Earl Matteson; and her parents, Dorothy Cochrane (Robert) and Thomas Bemis.
She is survived by: her husband David Rowe; her children, Annessa Winston (Llamarr) of Cheektowaga, N. Y., Tyler Bemis of Jamestown, N. Y. and Eric Pettabon of Jamestown, N. Y.; her sisters, Charity Nuse (Rory Luvison) of Sugar Grove, P. A. and Roseanne Nelson (Zack Rosenoweggleston) of Jamestown, N. Y.; her grandchildren, Avery Winston, Leon Winston, Raven Bemis and Brayden Bemis; and her nieces and nephews, Jerecho Johnson, Phoenix Luvison, Sophie Nelson and Miley Nelson.
