He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Pangborn and Chester Pangborn. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Berg Pangborn; his daughters, Jeannine Picard (Mark) of Rochester, NY and Kristin Emley (Jake) of Frewsburg, NY.; his grandchildren, Alec Emley, Jenna DePonceau, Aaron Picard, Meagan Picard and Sarah Picard; and his sisters, Cindy Rogowski and Nancy Stevenson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terry's name to the Alzheimer's Association, Western New York Chapter or Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care in Lakewood, NY.
