It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Colter of Jamestown, New York, born in Breckenridge, Michigan, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Colter and Leah Schaffer Colter. He is survived by: his wife Carole Sprinchorn Colter; his children, John Colter of Washington, D. C. and Kathryn Freeman (Tyler Freeman) of Jamestown; and his grandchildren, Meredith and Genevieve Freeman.
