Swanson Crooks; his children, Julie Burkett (Timothy) of Frewsburg, Shawn Crooks (Nicole) of Mooresville, NC and Jana Keller (Mark) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Cory, Joshua, Jane, Samantha Burkett, Hailey, Kelsey Crooks, Chase, Brayden and Aylin Keller; and his nephew Toby Crooks.
