Leichner of Jamestown, New York, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Leichner and Gladys Sparks Leichner; and his siblings, Charles, Howard Leichner and Betty Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bower Leichner; his children, Sherry Zamborik of Lakewood, NY, William Leichner, Jr. of Laurel, MD, Rebecca Anderson (Donald) of Stockton, NY and Thomas Leichner (Carol Overturf) of Ellington, NY; and his grandchildren, Brittany Zamborik (Jordan Chase) of Russell, PA, Michael Zamborik of Ashville, NY, Mark Zamborik (Katherine Hutchinson) of Frewsburg, NY, Kayla Sweet (Brandon) of Stockton, NY and Pinar Behkam of Istanbul, Turkey..
