He is survived by: his children, Dr. Thomas Gullotti (Karen) of Jamestown, June Jacobson (Todd) of Jamestown and Elizabeth Bracey (Daniel) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, William Gullotti (Susan) of Jamestown, Maria Jacobson of Jamestown, Liza Babcock (Nicholas) of Jamestown, Benjamin Bracey of Mayville, Emily Bracey Hatfield (Roger) of Riverview, FL., Daniel Bracey of Venice Beach, CA, Anne Dries (Michael) of Woodcliff Lake, NJ and Karen Cross (Robert) of Kennedy, NY.; his great grandchildren, Matthew Gullotti, Hannah, Alexis, Lydia Cross, Vivienne, Georgia Babcock and Meadow Hatfield; his sister Jeanette Carlson (Gordon); and his friend Bill.
