He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Servis; Angela Widlund. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Walters Servis of Dunkirk, NY; his wife Teresa A. Widlund Servis of Jamestown; his children, Jay M. Servis of Erie, PA and Christine Hazelton (Lee) of Jamestown, NY; his grandchildren, Jena Luce, Kylie Grazulewicz (Dariusz), Tristen Hazelton (Zach Shafer), Brandon Hazelton, Savannah Ryan (Tavian) and Aiden Hazelton; his great grandchildren, Bella, Grayson, Adalynn, Magnolia and Sterling; and his brother Robert Servis of Georgia.

Memorials may be donated to the Chautauqua County Humane Society 2825 Strunk Road.
