With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William Stevenson of Jamestown, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. William left this world on July 12, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Stevenson and Hazel Stone Stevenson Peterson; his sister Sharon Caldwell; and his stepfather Leslie "Pete" Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Michael Stevenson (Traci) of Jamestown and Stacey Tanner (Steve) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Seth, Nolan, Gracelyn Stevenson, Kanin, Damon, Trey and Stevie Tanner; and his former wife Nancy Zanetta Stevenson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Jamestown Band and Chorus Association, Shriners Hospital, Hospice of Chautauqua County or Kidder Memorial Church.
