She was predeceased by: Annie Madden Ebersole. She is survived by: her husband Tony; her sons, James (Vickie Madden) of Catskill, NY and John (Michelle Collins) of Miamisburg, OH.; and her grandchildren, Franklin, Joseph, Molly and Sasha Ebersole.
