He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford J. Stephan, and Martha E. Stephan, Sr. (O'Neil). He is survived by: his wife Susan Stephan (Tarbox); his sons, Clifford J. "C. J." Stephan, III (Shannon) of Tonawanda, Jason W. Stephan (Danielle) of Yorkshire and Timothy S. Stephan (Jackie) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Madison, Lucas and Isabella Stephan; and his sisters, Susan Ryan (late Charles) of Sheldon and Betsy Szelagiewicz (Michael) of Akron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
