He was predeceased by: his parents, Stefan Dan and Maria Austriacu. He is survived by: his wife Denise Austriacu; his daughters, Michelle and Louisa Austriacuand; his sister Carmen Austriacu; and his pets, JoJo and Alfie.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Our Lady of Kazan Russian Orthodox Church (2 Willow Shore Ave, Sea Cliff, NY 11579). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cypress Hills Cemetery (833 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of Our Lady of Kazan.
