He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scoblick and Grace Donnelly Scoblick; his former wife Estrella Caridad Guzman Scoblick; and his siblings, Anne Shirley, Edward "Teddy" Scoblick and Joseph.

He is survived by: his children, Jessica Anne Scoblick of New York, NY, Amanda Grace Scoblick of Tampa, FL and Francis Richard Scopelliti (Jocelyn) of Atlantic Beach, FL.; his grandchildren, Tyler Jesse Greenhagen, Townes Vanessa Scopelliti, Costello Francis Scopelliti and Margo Estrella Scopelliti; and his siblings, Grace Johnson (Harold) of Clarks Summit, PA, Virginia Rickard (Louis) of Elmhurst, PA and John Scoblick (Kathryn) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
