He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Panko and Helen Panko (Mitchell); and his brother Peter of Binghamton, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean (Gowe); his children, Teri Vasina (Todd), Tina Tyler (Jon) and Michael “Monk” (Kelly) Panko; his grandchildren, TommiLynn Vasina, Michael Panko, Gabrielle Panko, Dominick Panko and Briana Panko; and his brother Joseph Panko (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Guthrie Hospice, 4102 Old Vestal Road, Vestal NY 13850 or to the charity of one’s choice.
