It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia M. Lyons of Johnson City, New York, who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Lyons; and her siblings, William Kubik and Roberta Kessler. She is survived by: her brother Neil Kubik; her children, Chris, Karen Lyons, Shelley, Dan Feheley, Mary and Don Kaufman; her grandchildren, Julie and Michael; and her extended family, Michael, Emily, Jamie, Jenna and Ian.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the St James Food Pantry or the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester NY.
