She was predeceased by: her husband David W. Smith, Sr.; her son David W. Smith, Jr.; and her parents, Rex McConegly and Amy McConegly. She is survived by: her son Stephen Smith (Alicia); her daughter-in-law Christian Smith; her grandchildren, Andrew, Camryn, Jaydon, Jaxon and Carter; her great grandchildren, Finnley, David and Grayson; her siblings, Olive Trask (Gerald) and John McConegly (Dianne); her mother-in-law Rose Smith; her siblings-in-law, Timothy (Judy), Michael (Bonnie), Raymond (Cynthia) and Susanne Swackhamer (Al); and her friend Todd "Billy" Stevenson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
