He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Joan Sheredy; his parents, Andrew Sheredy and Marie Sheredy; and his brothers, James and William.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Gage, Joanne Matias, Michael Sheredy and Thomas (Kathryn Sheredy); and his sister-in-law Beverly Sheredy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; also, several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the St. James Food Pantry.
