He was predeceased by: his father William E. Howell Sr.; and his sister Joyce Howell. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Morrison Howell; his daughter Katy Piramzadian (Arin); his grandchildren, Andranik and Vartan; his daughter Jacquelyn Melchiorre; his granddaughter Celeste; and his brothers, William E. Howell Jr., Robert Howell, Dale Howell, Timothy Howell (Lisa) and Randy Howell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
