He was predeceased by: his father Richard Sr. Mattice; and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Wagner and Linda Mattice. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Mattice (Bradt); his siblings, Richard L. Mattice Jr., Sally Stankes (Robert), Linda Logan (Richard), Catherine Maragno (Robert) and Jeri Lynn Wagner; and his siblings' children, Christopher Stankes, Brian Stankes, Joseph Stankes, Audrey Wagner, Adam Wagner, David Maragno, Dustin Logan, Karyn Poliowski and Douglas Mattice. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alan's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
