She was predeceased by: her father Albert Chambers; and her husband John Hallenbeck. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Rule Chambers; her son David Henderson; her sisters, Maureen Chambers and Kelly Chambers-Zubal; her mother-in-law Antoinette Hallenbeck; and her sister-in-law Holli Hallenbeck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Coleen's memory to the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home.
