He was predeceased by: his father Bob Bazan. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Bazan of Galway; his wife Tasha Bagley-Bazan; his stepdaughter Gwen Bagley; his siblings, Bobby Jr. Bazan (Amber) of Amsterdam and Becky Verity (Tim) of Galway; his parents-in-law, Tina and Lloyd Bagley of Galway; and his pet Skittles. He is also survived by two nieces; three nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made Dan's memory to esophageal cancer research in care of the funeral home.
