She is survived by: her parents, Samantha Bolibaugh and Daniel Bolibaugh; her brother Harrison "Sonny"; her grandparents, Terry, Katie Bolibaugh and Robert Johnson; her aunts and uncles, Jack (Robert Reakes), MaryKate Bolibaugh (Timmy Yusaitis), Carley (Zac "Zaccy" Bolibaugh), Tyler (Aspen Johnson), Jerry (Andrea Bolibaugh), Chuck Bolibaugh and Desiree Bolibaugh; and her cousins, Devon, Marion, Reggie, Keaton, Dominick, Layla and Nolan.

Ln lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made the PICU at Albany Medical Center where she was cared for tirelessly in her last days or Dolly Parton's imagination Library from which she received so many of her favorite books.
