He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Phillis and Louise Filbeck Phillis; and his sister Kathryn "Kitty" Martin. He is survived by: his wife Carol Levandosky Phillis; his children, Kathryn "Katie" Ploss (Garth) of Porter Corners, Michael Pawloski (Katie) of Bradenton, FL and Christopher Pawloski (Madeline Steele) of Broadalbin; his siblings, Donald Phillis (Joan) of Amsterdam and Deborah Zayicek (David) of Gloversville; and his grandchildren, Brody Phillis, Blake Phillis, Robert Ploss, Lucy Ploss, Makayla Pawloski and Andrew Pawloski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
