He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Petersen and Harry Petersen; and his wife Christine Petersen (Monnat). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Petersen (Peyton), Jennifer Jette (Kevin) and Jeffrey Petersen (McKenzie); his sister Barb Petersen; and his grandchildren, Carter, Amelia Petersen, Grayson, Collins, Rylan Jette, Harper and Charli Petersen.
Memorial donations in Dave's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
