He was predeceased by : his grandson James P. Andrews III. He is survived by : his wife Diana Shepard Lindsley; his children, Dennis Lindsley, Jr. (Sherry) of Gloversville, David Lindsley (Betsy) of Gloversville and Teresa Fidler (Mark) of Cooperstown; and his grandsons, Justin Andrews and Kevin Lindsley. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
