She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Polacek and Jean Zoller Polacek. She is survived by: her daughter Mandy Bradshaw; her sister Jill Aulisi (Joseph); her granddaughter Kathryn Romano; and her great grandchild Luca Russo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (205 Glebe St, Johnstown, NY 12095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
