She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Short and Pauline Short; her husband Charles Sorento; her mother-in-law Mary Sorento; and her son-in-law Paul Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her sister Leslie Putnam; and her daughters, Karen Williams (Mark Williams), Kim Paul (Gloria Dillenbeck) and Kathy Chamberlain (Paul Chamberlain). She is also survived by family, including 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Amico Funeral Home (150 S Main St, Gloversville, NY 12078). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (150 S Main St, Gloversville, NY 12078).
