She was predeceased by: her father Martin Clark; and her brother Lee Clark. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hammond; her children, Roy Hammond, Joyel Richardson (Josh) and Kim Hammond (Stephine); and her grandson Noah Champlin.
In place of flowers, her daughters will collect donations to be added to the extended care's activities room in honor of Janice, or send directly to Nathan Littauer Nursing Home, Activities Dept., 99 E State St, Gloversville, NY 12078.
