She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Zayicek; her sisters, Joan McGivern and Donna Rockafellow; and her daughter-in-law Brette. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Zayicek (Lisa) of Clayton, NC, Richard Zayicek of Mooresville, NC and Douglas Zayicek (Wendy) of Conway, SC; her grandchildren, Marcus (Heather) of Zephyrhills, FL, Jessica (Tyler) of Spartanburg, SC, Kevin (Jenna) of Greenville, SC, Riley and Sam of Mooresville, NC; and her niece Michelle Snell of Canajoharie. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
