It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette King of Johnstown, New York, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeannette leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hasson Simons and Ila Simons (Baker). She is survived by: her stepfather Arthur "John" Ploss; her husband Harold King; her stepson Stephen (Laurie); and her siblings, John (Marcia), Charles Simons (Andrea), Ida Paone and Donna Simons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
