He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Skretkowicz and Frances Orleanski Skretkowicz; and his wife Deborah Rathbun Skretkowicz. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Skretkowicz (Alyssa Shippee) of Broadalbin; his sisters, Marion Poulopolous of Albany, Susan Skretkowicz of Hagaman, Carol Henderson of Hagaman and Catherine Skretkowicz of Reno, NV; his grandsons, Dane and Zander Skretkowicz; and his stepgrandchildren, Destiny, Marisa, Eli and Christopher. He is also survived by seven nephews; a niece.
