Karol A. D'Amore Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karol A. D'Amore of Johnstown, New York, who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Karol may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karol touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Shull (Thurston) and Harold Shull. She is survived by: her husband James L. D'Amore of Johnstown; her son Joseph J. D'Amore (Leisa) of Johnstown; her grandchildren, Aydan D'Amore and Chantal Intonte; her great grandchild Charli Patterson; and her siblings, Mary Ann Shepard and Robert Shull. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (1 N Market St, Johnstown, NY 12095).
