With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence D. Poitras of Johnstown, New York, born in Stillwater, New York, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Poitras and Josephine Poitras; his wife Marilyn McGrady Poitras; his son Edward; and his brothers, Robert, Richard, Thomas, Joseph, George and Raymond.
He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence (Monica), Donald (Margaret), Steven and John (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Tanner, Benjamin, Juliana, Elijah, Lily, Thatcher, Mac and Preston.
