She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Phillips and Hazel Phillips (Delamontor); and her husband Earl Sanford. She is survived by: her children, David Sanford and Carol Jones (Bill); her sister Gretchen Decker; and her grandchildren, Fred, Susan and Yvonne. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
