Phillips (Debra) of Johnstown, NY; her grandchildren, Brandon Phillips, Sara Phillips and Ashley Monk (Nicholas); and her great grandchildren, Cady Marie Francisco, Myah Francisco, Ethan Monk, Addison Monk, Meadow Phillips and Many. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
