Vacek of Johnstown, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Jennings and Helene Collins Jennings; and her brother Joseph N. Jennings. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. James J. Vacek of Johnstown and Edward P. Vacek (Kathleen) of Newark; her brother Thomas A. Jennings; her grandsons, Matthew W. Vacek (Lauren E. Kowal) and Gregory J. Vacek of Newark; her great grandchild Vaeda E. Vacek of Newark; and her nephew Patrick Jennings of Massachusetts.
