She was predeceased by: her father David W. Forsey. She is survived by: her mother Marie E. Brockhum Forsey; her children, David, Rondalynn and Chiann Daley; her grandchildren, Jayden, Bryan, Adrianna and Brianca; her son Ronald Daley; her siblings, Michael J. Forsey and Joyce Nellis (Daniel A.); and her niece Danielle Sagan (David).
