He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dake and Winifred Jeffords Dake. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Steele Dake; his stepchildren, Heidi Woodmansee (Joseph) of Perth, Ashley Herrick (Aaron Bogusz) of Broadalbin, Amber Faussett (David) of Ruskin, FL and Robert Myers, III (Kera Jackson) of Harrisville; his siblings, Alleyn Dake of Amsterdam and Sherree Treece of Marietta, GA; and his grandchildren, Keegan, Trinity, Blaine, Haylee, Audrey, Madisyn, Peyton, Allyson, Riley and Raelynn.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Herkimer County Humane Society, in care of the funeral home.
