He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hladik (Herrington); his children, Stephen Hladik (Jill Breedlove) of Albany, NY and Marianne Limoges (Charles) of North Attleboro, MA; his grandchildren, Christopher, Casey, Lisa Hladik, Madeleine, Annette and Charles Limoges; and his sisters, Mary Allen of Johnstown and Annie Dominiak of Johnstown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
